摘　　要：《饮料生产技术》课程是食品智能加工技术的核心课程,是实践性强的一门课程,需要及时将企业的新技术、新工艺、新方法融入到教材之中。通过调研、走访饮料企业,组建校企教学团队,分析饮料生产关键岗位和典型饮料工作任务,开发饮料生产技术活页式教材。校企“双元”合作,以立德树人为使命,以职业能力培养为核心,以学生使用为主导,以饮料典型工作任务为单元开发活页式教材。活页式教材按照学生的认知规律,将教学内容化繁为简,进行重整组合,有利于培养学生的自主学习能力,有利于学生的发散思维,有利于提高学生的创新创业能力和职业规划能力。“Beverage Production Technology”is the core course of food intelligent processing technology and a highly practical course. It is necessary to timely integrate the enterprise’s new technology,new process and new methods into the teaching materials. Through investigation and visits to beverage enterprises, establish school enterprise teaching teams,analyze key posts and typical beverage tasks in beverage production,and develop loose leaf teaching materials for beverage production technology. The“dual”cooperation between schools and enterprises,with the mission of building morality and cultivating people,the core of vocational ability training,the use of students as the leading,and the typical work tasks of beverages as the unit,develops loose leaf teaching materials.According to the cognitive law of students,loose leaf textbooks simplify and reorganize the teaching contents,which is conducive to cultivating students’ autonomous learning ability,divergent thinking,innovation and entrepreneurship ability and career planning ability.
