企业家精神影响企业高质量发展的路径研究--一个有调节的中介模型

摘  要:基于目标设定理论,探讨企业凝聚力在企业家精神对企业高质量发展影响的中介作用,以及领导赋能授权行为的调节作用,构建一个被调节的中介模型。通过多元回归分析等方法对370份样本进行实证分析,研究表明:企业家精神对企业高质量发展有显著正向影响;企业凝聚力在企业家精神与企业高质量发展之间起中介作用;领导赋能授权行为正向调节企业家精神对企业凝聚力的影响,并进一步调节企业凝聚力在企业家精神与企业高质量发展之间的中介作用。研究结果为企业领导者发挥企业家精神实现企业高质量发展提供理论和实践指导。Based on the theory of goal setting,this paper explores the mediating role of corporate cohesion in the impact of entrepreneurship on the high-quality development of enterprises,and the moderating role of leadership empowerment behavior,and constructs a moderated mediation model.Through empirical analysis of 370 samples by multiple regression analysis,Bootstrap and other methods,the research indicates that:entrepreneurship has a significant positive impact on the high-quality development of enterprises;corporate cohesion plays an intermediary role between entrepreneurship and high-quality development of enterprises;leadership empowerment behavior positively regulates the influence of entrepreneurship on corporate cohesion,and further regulates the mediating role of corporate cohesion between entrepreneurship and high-quality development of the enterprises.The research results provide theoretical and practical guidance for business leaders on how to give full play to the entrepreneurship to achieve high-quality business development.
