摘 要:常压离子化(ambient ionization,AI)技术是在大气压环境下,无需或只需极少的样品前处理过程,对样品直接进行解吸附和离子化,从而提供快速、实时、表面、原位、非破坏、高通量的质谱分析技术。近年来常压离子化技术成为质谱分析研究的热点,在食品检测领域也得到广泛应用。该文结合常见常压离子化技术,对以电喷雾电离(electrospray ionization,ESI)为机理的解吸附电喷雾离子化(desorption electrospry ionization,DESI)和电喷雾萃取离子化(extractive electrospray ionization,EESI),以及以大气压化学电离源(atmospheric pressure chemical ionization,APCI)为机理的实时直接分析离子化(direct analysis in real time-mass spectrometry,DART-MS)和大气压固体探针(ambient solid analysis Probe,ASAP)的原理及其在食品检测中的应用进行综述,并对其未来的发展进行展望。Ambient ionization(AI)refers to a form of ionization in which ions are directly desorbed or ionized in the atmospheric environment without or with little sample preparation,providing fast,real-time,in situ,non-destructive,and high-throughput analysis,which has become a hot topic in the research on mass spectrometry in recent years. AI technology has been widely used in the field of food detection. In this paper,we reviewed the principles of AI technologies,such as desorption electrospray ionization(DESI),extractive electrospray ionization(EESI)(based on electrospray ionization,ESI),as well as direct analysis in real time-mass spectrometry(DARTMS)and atmospheric solid analysis probe(ASAP)(based on atmospheric pressure chemical ionization,APCI).Further,we reviewed their application in food detection and put forward the development prospects of this field.
