新时期高校实验室安全文化建设策略研究

摘　　要：实验室安全文化建设对于高校安全生产和高质量发展至关重要且意义重大。高校实验室安全文化建设是一项系统工程,包含安全物质文化建设、安全制度文化建设、安全精神文化建设、安全行为文化建设四个子系统。当前,高校实验室安全文化建设存在一些问题,具体表现为安全物质文化支撑保障作用不坚实、安全制度文化实际效用未充分彰显、安全精神文化的重视程度有待提高、安全行为文化规范性需进一步增强。因此,新时期,高校实验室安全文化建设需要从完善安全设施设备、健全安全制度、培育安全精神、规范安全行为等方面着力,进一步夯实“保安全”的物质基础、扎牢“要安全”的外部约束、强化“想安全”的内驱动力、提升“会安全”的技能水平。The construction of laboratory safety culture is very important and significant for the safety production and high-quality development of colleges and universities.The construction of laboratory safety culture in colleges and universities is a systematic project,which includes four parts of cultural construction,namely material safety,system safety,spirit safety and behavior safety.At present,there are some problems in building safety culture in colleges and universities.The supporting role of safety material culture is not solid,the actual effect of safety system culture is not fully demonstrated,the importance of safety spiritual culture needs to be improved,and the standardization of safety behavior culture needs to be further strengthened.Therefore,the construction of laboratory safety culture in colleges and universities in the new era needs to focus on improving safety facilities and equipment,perfecting safety system,cultivating safety spirit and standardizing safety behavior.In this way,we can further consolidate the material basis to ensure safety,strengthen the external constraints as well as the internal driving force to meet the safety needs,and finally improve the skill level to be safe.
