摘  要:对高职应用技术型专业人才培养及教学实践进行分析。对比国内外的高职教育特点,明确应用技术型专业人才的特征和高职应用技术型专业人才培养的目标,根据其中存在的问题提出了合理的教学实践路径:将理论教学与实践教学全面结合,优化专业课程设置,加大实习和实训的力度,为应用技术型专业人才培养提供合适的保障条件,建立完备的教学体系。高职应用技术型专业人才培养是我国产业结构调整升级对高职教育提出的新要求,培养应用技术型专业人才已经成为高职院校的一项重要任务,能够培养出满足社会发展要求的专业型、技术型人才。The study analyzes the training and teaching practice of applied technology specialty in higher vocational education,compares the characteristics of higher vocational education at home and abroad,and clarifies the characteristics and the target of applied technology specialty talent training in the higher vocational education.Rational teaching practical pathway are proposed,i.e.comprehensively combine theoretical and practical teaching,optimize professional course setting,promote practice and training,provide suitable guarantee condition for applied technology talent training,and establish perfect teaching system.Applied technology talent training in the higher vocational college is the new requirement of China’s industrial restructuring on higher vocational education.Cultivation of applied technology talents has become an important task of higher vocational college to satisfy the needs of social development.
