摘 要:目的:探讨临床护士心理控制源、症状自评对护士领导力影响的结构模型,为提高护士领导力提供参考依据。方法:采用便利抽样法选取郑州市5所医院890名临床护士,采用一般资料调查表、护士领导力问卷、心理控制源量表、症状自评量表对其进行调查分析。结果:临床护士领导力总均分为(4.04±0.55)分,解决问题能力得分最高,其次是护理专业能力,得分最低的是评判性思维能力和自护能力;心理控制源得分为(10.04±3.72)分,得分≤11分的护士有479人(53.8%),心理控制源与护士领导力及7个维度呈负相关。症状自评量表条目得分为(1.70±0.66)分,明显高于国内常模,心理健康水平与护士领导力及7个维度呈负相关。结构模型拟合优度较好,心理健康水平可以直接影响护士领导力,也可以通过心理控制源的中介作用间接影响护士领导力,中介效应占总效应的20.05%。结论:所调查的5所医院中临床护士领导力处于中等水平,接近半数的临床护士存在外控性,临床护士心理健康水平堪忧,建议充分利用心理控制源的中介效应,调整临床护士心理控制源倾向,使其均凸显内控性,进而提升其领导力,发挥职业优势。Objective:To explore the structural model of the influence of clinical nurses′ locus of control and symptom self-assessment on their leadership,so as to provide reference basis for improving nurses′ leadership.Methods:890 clinical nurses from 5 hospitals in Zhengzhou were selected by convenient sampling method.They were investigated and analyzed by general information questionnaire,Nurse Leadership Questionnaire,Locus of Control Scale and Symptom Checklist.Results:The total average score of clinical nurses′ leadership was 4.04±0.55.The score of problem-solving ability was the highest,followed by nursing professional ability,and the lowest scores were critical thinking ability and self-care ability;The score of locus of control was 10.04±3.72,and the percentage of score≤11 was 479(53.8%).Locus of control was negatively correlated with nurse leadership and seven dimensions.The score of Symptom Checklist was 1.70±0.66,which was significantly higher than the domestic norm.The level of mental health was negatively correlated with nurse leadership and seven dimensions.The goodness of fit of the structural model is good.The level of mental health can directly affect nurses′ leadership,and can also indirectly affect nurses′ leadership through the intermediary effect of locus of control.The intermediary effect is 20.05%.Conclusion:The leadership of clinical nurses is at a medium level.Nearly half of clinical nurses have external control,and the mental health level of clinical nurses is worrying.It is suggested to make full use of the intermediary effect of locus of control,adjust the tendency of locus of control of clinical nurses,make them highlight internal control,so as to improve their leadership and give full play to their professional advantages.
