1+X证书背景下高职教育课程体系创新研究——以建筑工程技术专业为例

摘　　要：建筑业的转型升级对职业教育人才培养要求更高,建立科学、有效的课程体系是保证人才培养与行业需求对接的重要支撑。通过对高职建筑工程技术专业对接岗位知识、能力、素养充分调研,对专业相关的1+X职业技能等级证书知识、能力、级别梳理对接,发现目前存在课程体系设置问题、寻找课程体系实施难点,进而重新优化建筑工程技术专业课程体系,使课程设置、课程标准、课程设计与证书等级、证书标准充分对接一致,达到“课证融通”效果。The transformation and upgrading of the construction industry has put forward more requirements for the talent training of vocational education.The establishment of a scientific and effective curriculum system is to ensure the docking of talent training with industry needs.Through the full investigation into the knowledge,capacity,and quality needed in construction industry,and sorting out the knowledge,ability and level of 1+X vocational skill level certificate relevant to construction engineering technology specialty,it finds out the existing problems in the curriculum system setting and in the implementation of curriculum system,and then re-optimizes the curriculum system of construction engineering technology specialty,and realizes the connection between course setting,course standards,course design and certificate levels and standards,achieving the effect of integrating courses and certificates.
