摘 要:思维导图混合式教学在儿科护理学教学中的应用是高校教学模式与教学理念实现创新的有效举措。由于高校教师队伍建设不完善、课程评价机制不健全以及学生配合不充分等问题,导致实际的教育效果并不理想,所以高校需要不断加强教师队伍建设,优化思维导图混合式教学视角下的课程评价机制,提升学生的配合程度和学生的课堂学习效率。The application of mind map hybrid teaching in the teaching of pediatric nursing is an effective measure to promote the innovation of teaching models and teaching concepts in colleges and universities.However,due to the imperfect construction of college teachers,the course evaluation mechanism and the insufficient cooperation of students,the actual education effect is not ideal.Therefore,colleges and universities need to continuously strengthen the construction of the faculty,optimize the curriculum evaluation mechanism from the mixed teaching perspective of mind mapping,improve the degree of cooperation of students,and promote the efficiency of students'classroom learning.
