摘 要:沙城产区得天独厚的自然条件,让怀来成为我国最适宜种植葡萄的产区之一。为提高葡萄与葡萄酒品质,节约用水以及保护生态环境,在酿酒葡萄生产上从酿酒葡萄生育周期的整体性考量灌溉与肥料的使用。通过水肥一体化滴灌系统进行灌溉与施肥,实现精准的水肥管理,能够有效控制酿酒葡萄产量,提升土壤有机质,改善生态环境质量,提高酿酒葡萄与葡萄酒的质量。Shacheng area is richly endowed by nature, and is one of the best wine grape production areas in China. In order to improve the quality of grape and wine, to save water and to protect the ecological environment, the irrigation and fertilization of the wine grape should be planed based on the integrity of its growth cycle. Through the application of the water-fertilizer integrated drip irrigation system, accurate water and fertilizer management is realized, the yield of the wine grape is effectively controlled, the soil organic matter is increased, the ecological environment is improved, and the quality of grape and wine is improved.
