工作分析与设计理论视域下辅导员职业职责定位

摘　　要：2017年教育部《普通高等学校辅导员队伍建设规定》规定了辅导员的九项主要工作职责。这九项内容可归纳为“十导职责”,即思想引导、价值主导、组织向导、学习辅导、生活指导、心理疏导、网络利导、行为督导、生涯教导、实践前导。从工作分析与设计理论关于工作岗位的性质任务、职责权限、岗位关系的视角来考察,“十导职责”蕴含了辅导员总的与基本的职责、日常职责、目标职责。In 2017,the Ministry of Education stipulates nine main responsibilities of counselors in The Regulations for the Construction of Counselors in Ordinary Institutions of Higher Education,which can be summarized into“ten responsibilities focusing on guidance”,namely,ideological guidance,value guidance,organization guidance,learning guidance,life guidance,psychological counseling,network benefit guidance,behavior supervision,career teaching,practical guidance,etc.From the perspective of job analysis and design theory on the nature,tasks,responsibilities and post relationship,the“ten responsibilities focusing on guidance”contain the general and basic responsibilities,daily responsibilities and target responsibilities of counselors.
