摘　　要：针对高等职业院校教师职业资格认定的现状,分析其存在的问题,从独立开展教师资格认证工作、发展教师资格考核制度和规范管理企业兼职教师队伍等方面提出相关建议。In the light of the status quo of the recognition of teachers'professional qualifications in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the existing problems and makes suggestions from the following aspects:independently carrying out qualification accreditation for teachers,improving the assessment system and regulating part-time teachers from businesses.
