摘 要:专业课程是培养一流人才专业知识及核心学术技能发展的重要途径,而学习投入是学生能力发展的前提,采用2018年H大学本科生就读经历调查数据,探讨本科生专业课程学习投入与专业知识及核心学术技能发展的关系。研究发现:在控制其他相关变量的条件下,专业课程学习中认知策略的使用和学习意愿与行为对专业知识及核心学术技能发展均有显著正影响;专业课程学习投入对专业知识及核心学术技能的影响在父母受教育程度不同的学生群体中存在差异,在不同性别、学科、年级学生群体间不存在差异。研究建议教师通过调整教学设计、课堂互动形式和内容提升学生专业课程学习投入;学校为家庭文化背景处于弱势的学生提供更多资源和机会,激发学生学习的内外动机。Major curriculum is an important way to cultivate professional knowledge and core academic skills of first-class talents,and students′engagement is the premise of students′skills development.This study uses the data of the SERU survey(Student Experiences in Research University)on H University in the year of 2018 to explore the relationship between students′engagement in major curriculum and students′professional knowledge and core academic skills development.Results show that under the control of other related variables,students′engagement in cognitive strategies,as well as learning willingness and behavior have significant positive impact on professional knowledge and core academic skills.The impact of students′engagement in major curriculum on professional knowledge and core academic skills differs among student groups with different parental education levels,and there is no difference among student groups of different genders,disciplines and grades.The study suggests faculties to improve the teaching design,student-faculty interaction as well as teaching materials to increase students′engagement in major curriculum;Universities also should provide more resources and opportunities for students with disadvantaged family cultural backgrounds to stimulate their internal and external motivations for learning.
