摘  要:研究松乳菇多糖的液体发酵及对力竭运动大鼠肝组织保护作用。结果表明:大鼠灌胃松乳菇多糖后可以使超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)2种抗氧化酶的活性恢复,提高机体的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),清除自由基,减少丙二醛(MDA)对肝组织的损伤,同时使丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性降低,一氧化氮(NO)含量和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)含量有效降低,达到保护肝组织的目的。To study the liquid fermentation of Lactarius deliciosus polysaccharide and its protective effect on liver tissue of exhaustive exercise rats.The results showed that after intragastric administration of Lactarius deliciosus polysaccharide,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) could be restored,the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) of the body could be improved,free radicals could be removed,and the damage of malondialdehyde(MDA) to liver tissue could be reduced.At the same time,the activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) were reduced,the content of nitric oxide(no) and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) were effectively reduced to protect liver tissue.
