摘 要:在线教师是指实施在线教学的教师群体,建立在线教师资历标准有利于促进在线教师专业发展。在线教师资历标准的维度可分为知识、技能与能力。参照广东终身教育资历框架等级标准,在线教师的资历等级处于4-7级。在线教师资历构成包括在线教师的基本素养,专业层面的专业设置规划,课程层面的在线课程设计、开发、教学、评价,综合层面的在线教学研究等。在线教师资历需要解构为在线教师资历单元,方能落地实施。在线教师资历单元均由知识、技能与能力构成,基于资历单元,可以建构面向在线教师的标准化培训体系。Online teachers refer to the group of teachers who carry out online teaching.The establishment of qualification standards for online teachers is beneficial to their professional development.Their qualification standards can be divided into knowledge,skills and ability.According to the Guangdong Lifelong Education Qualification Framework Standard,the qualification level of online teachers is at level 4-7.The qualification structure of online teachers includes their basic quality,professional planning,online course design,development,teaching and evaluation at the curriculum level,and online teaching research at the comprehensive level.The qualification standards need to be deconstructed into online teacher qualification unit before being implemented.Each unit is composed of knowledge,skills and abilities.Based on the unit,a standardized training system for online teachers can be constructed.
