摘 要:目的探讨以问题为基础(PBL)联合以案例为基础的学习(CBL)教学法在内科学临床见习教学中的应用价值。方法选择2021年4—10月该院大四临床本科见习医学生154名为研究对象,分为两组。观察组(79名)采用PBL+CBL教学,对照组(75名)采用传统教学方法(LBL)。见习结束后采用考试和问卷调查的方法,进行教学效果评估。结果观察组考试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示,观察组学生在疾病理解、提高学习兴趣、综合分析能力、自主学习能力、临床思维能力、团队合作、查阅文献方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合CBL教学模式可提高学生的考试成绩,增加学生学习的动力、兴趣和解决实际问题的能力和协作能力,有助于更牢固地掌握知识。Objective To explore the application value of problem-based(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in clinical practice teaching of internal medicine.Methods From April to October 2021,154 senior clinical undergraduate trainee medical students in the hospital were selected as research subjects and divided into two groups.The observation group(79)was taught by PBL+CBL,and the control group(75)was taught by traditional teaching method(LBL).After the probation,the method of examination and questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The test scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey showed that the students in the observation group were better than that of the control group in disease understanding,improving learning interest,comprehensive analysis ability,autonomous learning ability,clinical thinking ability,teamwork and literature review,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with CBL teaching mode can improve students'test scores,increase students'motivation,interest in learning,and ability to solve practical problems and collaboration,and help to grasp knowledge more firmly.
