产教融合下机电人才培养与产业转型升级策略研究

摘　　要：该文在理论层面建构产教融合、高校人才培养、地方产业转型升级的内在联系。在实证层面分析高校机电专业产教融合育人现状、浙江产业转型升级实际状况,寻找机电专业人才培养在助推浙江产业转型升级过程中存在的问题。在实践层面,完善产教融合下高校机电专业人才培养助推浙江产业转型升级的应用策略,促进专业教育与产业经济的协同发展。At the theoretical level, this paper constructs the internal relationship between the integration of industry and education, the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities and the transformation and upgrading of local industries. At the empirical level, it analyzes the current situation of the integration of production and education of electromechanical specialties in colleges and universities and the actual situation of industrial transformation and upgrading in Zhejiang, and looks for the problems existing in the process of training electromechanical professionals to promote the industrial transformation and upgrading in Zhejiang. At the practical level, it improves the application strategy of electromechanical professional training in colleges and universities under the integration of industry and education, promotes the transformation and upgrading of Zhejiang industry, in order to promote the coordinated development of professional education and industrial economy.
