摘　　要：高职院校学生创新创业的比例逐年增加,但创新创业的成功率较低。缺乏财务知识与技能是导致其创新创业失败的关键因素。高职院校应在人才培养方案中设置创新创业财务技能课程模块,加快教材开发,加强师资建设,改进教学模式,开设企业经营模拟课程,强化大学生创业园的财务支持职能,以学校财务处为依托设立校内财务实训平台,以期有效提高高职院校学生创新创业的成功率。The proportion of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship is increasing year by year,but the success rate of innovation and entrepreneurship is low.The lack of financial knowledge and skills is the key factor leading to failure of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship.Higher vocational colleges should set up innovative and entrepreneurial financial skills course modules in talent training programs,speed up the development of teaching materials,strengthen the construction of teachers,improve the teaching mode,set up enterprise operation simulation courses,strengthen the financial support function of college students entrepreneurship park,and set up on-campus financial training platform relying on the school finance office.In order to effectively improve the success rate of higher vocational college students'innovation and entrepreneurship.
