摘　　要：制定针对性的措施,纾解教学中的困境,能够增强就业指导、双创教育融合教学效果。基于此,本文提出了打造高水平师资队伍、完善配套课程体系、健全评价机制、树立科学的教育建设理念、增强学生的双创意识这几项涉农高职院校创新创业教育与就业指导融合教学的困境的纾解策略。The development of targeted measures to alleviate the difficulties in teaching can enhance the teaching effect of the integration of employment guidance and entrepreneurship and innovation education.Based on this,this paper puts forward to build a high-level teaching staff,improve the supporting curriculum system,improve the evaluation mechanism,establish a scientific concept of education construction,and enhance students’ awareness of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship,which are the relief strategies for the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and employment guidance in agriculture related higher vocational colleges.
