摘 要:课程思政育德效能展示出的是专业课程教学活动中的育德效率和效果。文章从高职院校课程思政育德中课程体间结合效果薄弱、教育内容硬性嫁接、教育过程时空面不宽现状出发,抓住教师思想认识、学生配合认可度和完善的评价机制主要影响因素,提出了高职院校课程思政育德效能提升对策建议:抓住教育主体,让教师回归教育初心;注意教育客体,让学生回归教育中心;完善落实机制,让制度回归指挥本质。The effectiveness of ideological and political education in the course shows the efficiency and effect of moral education in the teaching activities of professional courses.By analyzing the present situation that the combination effect between curriculum bodies is weak,the educational content is rigid and the time and space of education process is not wide in the ideological,political and moral education in higher vocational colleges,this paper focuses on the main influencing factors such as teachers’ ideological understanding,students’ cooperation recognition and perfect evaluation mechanism,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the efficiency of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges:seizing the education main body to let the teachers return to the original intention of education;paying attention to the object of education to let students return to the center of education;improving the implementation mechanism to make the system return to its essence of command.
