摘　　要：本文从三个方面来进行综合分析,首先对混合现实技术的概念和当前教育不足进行综合说明,混合现实技术(MR)是虚拟现实(VR)和增强现实(AR)技术的结合,是将现实与虚拟融为一体的未来计算机技术,高职本就是培养应用型人才的地方,非常重视知识的实践性和应用型,而新能源汽车技术专业也是实践性非常强的课程,基于混合现实技术,对教育进行创新,有着非常积极的现实意义。其次围绕混合现实技术,来分析构建新能源汽车技术专业人才培养模式,将从制定课程教学标准,搭建全息教学平台,创建教学资源,探讨新的教学设计、教学手段和教学方法等多方面来分析系统化的人才培养模式,对人才培养模式的方方面面都进行说明,旨在创造一整套基于混合现实技术的教育模式,使文章具有更强的参考价值,能直接为其他专业教育改革提供借鉴。最后说一说基于混合现实技术的育人模式改革的优势和难点,优势自然是能够强化实训教学,解决实训设备不足的问题,而难点则在于混合现实技术还处于初步阶段,混合现实技术设备造价昂贵、基于混合现实技术的教育资源开发并不容易。This paper conducts a comprehensive analysis from three aspects.First,it comprehensively explains the concept of mixed reality technology and the current educational deficiencies.Mixed reality technology (MR) is a combination of virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technology.In the future computer technology that integrates reality and virtuality,higher vocational education is the place to cultivate applied talents,attaching great importance to the practicality and application of knowledge,and the new energy vehicle technology major is also a very practical course,based on mixed reality.Technology,innovation in education,has very positive practical significance.Secondly,around the mixed reality technology,we will analyze and construct the talent training model for new energy vehicle technology professionals.We will analyze from the formulation of curriculum teaching standards,the construction of holographic teaching platforms,the creation of teaching resources,and the discussion of new teaching design,teaching methods and teaching methods.The systematic talent training model explains all aspects of the talent training model,aiming to create a complete set of education models based on mixed reality technology,so that the article has a stronger reference value and can directly provide reference for other professional education reforms.Finally,let’s talk about the advantages and difficulties of the reform of the education model based on mixed reality technology.The advantage is naturally that it can strengthen the training teaching and solve the problem of insufficient training equipment,but the difficulty is that the mixed reality technology is still in the preliminary stage.Equipment is expensive and the development of educational resources based on mixed reality technology is not easy.
