摘　　要：国际商务合同是涉外经济合同,也是措辞严谨的法律文件,明确规定了交易双方的权利和义务。要求措辞准确、格式规范,句子结构相对复杂。商务英语合同翻译过程中,应基于语言顺应理论与翻译的关系,结合国际商务英语合同语言特征,采用恰当的国际商务英语合同翻译策略,选择合理的语言结构和表达方式,以提高合同翻译的质量。International business contract is a kind of foreign economic contract, and also a rigorous diction legal document, which clearly stipulates the rights and obligations of the transaction parties. Precise wording,standardized format and complicated structure are the characteristics of the contract. In the process of translation,based on the language adaptation theory of Verschueren, we should adopt appropriate language style and choose reasonable language structure and expression, thus to improve the quality of contract translation.
