摘 要:以就业为导向,面向2021届汽车检测与维修技术专业毕业生开展网络问卷调查,问卷涉及就业基本现状、职业能力发展、对人才培养的建议三方面的内容。通过对调查问卷数据的详细分析,得到对汽车类专业人才培养的一些启示。如丰富人才培养内涵,全面提高学生的职业综合能力;深化校企合作,培养“双师三能”型教师;全程化就业指导,打造人才培养闭环模式等,不断优化汽车类专业人才培养模式。结合调研数据分析汽车类专业毕业生的职业发展现状和人才培养建议,希望对高职汽车类专业优化人才培养模式提供一定的借鉴意义。Guided by employment,an online questionnaire survey was conducted for 2021 graduates majoring in automobile inspection and maintenance technology.The questionnaire involves three aspects:basic employment status,professional ability development and suggestions on talent training.Through the detailed analysis of the questionnaire data,some enlightenment to the cultivation of automobile professionals is obtained,such as enriching the connotation of talent cultivation and comprehensively improving students’comprehensive vocational ability;Deepen school enterprise cooperation and cultivate"double teachers and three abilities"teachers;The whole process employment guidance,creating a closed-loop mode of talent training,and constantly optimizing the training mode of automobile professionals.Combined with the survey data,this paper analyzes the career development status and talent training suggestions of automotive graduates,hoping to provide some references for optimizing the talent training mode of automotive majors in higher vocational colleges.
