摘　　要：推进涉外法治工作离不开一流的涉外法治人才,国际法教学是培养涉外法治人才的重要路径之一,然而法科生缺乏法律检索技能的现状严重影响了国际法教学质量的提高和涉外法治人才的培养。嵌入式法律检索是将专业课教学和法律检索技能培训有机结合的创新方法,通过特定教学内容的选择及学生检索需求情景的创设,可有效实施嵌入式法律检索。具体的实施路径为法律检索基础方法讲授和检索技能强化,配合以教学效果评估、反馈和改进,使得嵌入式法律检索技能教学与国际法实体法教学有机统一,提升国际法的教学质量,夯实涉外法治人才的培养基础。The promotion of foreign-related legal work is inseparable from first-class foreign-related rule-of-law talents.International law teaching is one of the important ways to cultivate foreign-related rule-of-law talent.However,the lack of legal retrieval skills of law students has seriously affected the improvement of the quality of international law teaching and the training of foreign-related rule-of-law talents.Embedded legal retrieval is an innovative method that organically combines professional course teaching and legal retrieval skills training.Through the selection of specific teaching content and the creation of student retrieval demand scenarios,embedded legal retrieval can be effectively implemented.The specific approach is the teaching of basic methods of legal retrieval and the enhancement of retrieval skills,combined with the evaluation,feedback and improvement of teaching effect,so as to organically unify the teaching of embedded legal retrieval skills and the teaching of international law,which can improve the teaching quality of international law,and lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of foreign legal talents.
