国立西北大学法学教育的历史沿革及办学特色

摘　　要：国立西北大学法律系“京源”经历了京师法律学堂、京师法政学堂、国立北京法政大学、国立北平大学、国立西北联合大学、国立西北大学法律系等时期。国立北平大学、国立西北联合大学和国立西北大学法商学院通常设有法律系、商学系、政治系和经济系,法商学院院长一般由知名法学家担任,法律系系主任均由知名法学家担任。国立北平大学一西北联合大学一西北大学法律系规模较大,师资力量雄厚。国立西北大学法律系的教授、学者们具备的爱国进步、艰苦奋斗、自强不息、科学包容的精神值得后世学者继承和弘扬。国立西北大学法学教育强调理实并重、文理结合、爱国进步、实践教学,这一办学理念对我们当前进一步办好法学学科很有启示。The Department of Law at the National Northwest University had the profound origination with the universities in Beijing,which went through the Peking Law School,the Peking Academy of Political Science and Law,National Beijing University of Political Science and Law,National Beijing University,National Northwest United University,the Department of Law at the National Northwest University.Among them,National Beijing University and the School of Law and Commerce at the National Northwest University established the Department of Law,the Department of Commerce,the Department of Politics and the Department of Economy.Usually,the President of the School of Law and Commerce were well-known jurists,but the Dean of the Department of Law were definitely one of the well-known jurists.For the National Beijing University,National Northwest United University,the Department of Law at the National Northwest University,the Department of Law was established in large scale and a renown teaching faculty.The professors and scholars at the Department of Law at the National Northwest University had the spirit of patriotism and progress,hard work,self-improvement,and scientific tolerance,which is worthy of inheritance and promotion by later generations of scholars.The legal education of the National Northwest University emphasizes equal emphasis on theory and practice,combination of arts and science,patriotic progress,and practical teaching.These school-running concepts are very enlightening for us to further promote the discipline of law in contemporary society.
