摘  要:针对高校大型仪器共享平台普遍存在的问题,笔者结合“6S”管理方法和5年高校大型仪器共享平台管理经验,简述推行“6S”管理的路径,并分项阐述与探究“6S”管理在高校大型仪器共享平台的实施方法,分析表明:“6S”管理是大型仪器共享平台管理的必然趋势,能提升共享平台管理水平和科研服务能力。落实“6S”管理方法,实现高校大型仪器资源和实验技术共享,交叉学科相互融合,更好地为高校科研院所提供高水平科研服务,助推高校一流学科建设、一流高校建设。In view of the common problems of large-scale instrument sharing platform in colleges and universities,combined with the management method of "6S" and the management experience of the large-scale instrument sharing platform in colleges and universities for five years, the author briefly describes the path of carrying out "6S" management, and expounds and probes into the implementation method of "6S" management in the large-scale instrument sharing platform in colleges and universities. The analysis shows that: "6S" management is the inevitable trend of large-scale instrument sharing platform management, which can improve the management level and scientific research service ability of the sharing platform. Implement the "6S" management method, realize the sharing of large-scale instrument resources and experimental technology in colleges and universities, and the integration of interdisciplinary disciplines, so as to better provide high-level scientific research services for scientific research institutes in colleges and universities, and promote the construction of first-class disciplines and first-class colleges and universities.
