摘　　要：粤港澳大湾区加工贸易转型升级的关键在于人才,加工贸易行业以其实体经济、技术操作、人力密集型等特点,长期以来都是高职院校学生的优先选择。高职人才具备适应行业企业发展需求的职业能力,对粤港澳大湾区加工贸易转型升级具有重要意义。但是从企业生产经营的角度和学校培养角度看,对高职人才的职业能力需求认知存在一定的偏差,通过对这些偏差的研究,既有利于高职院校有针对性地开展人才培养,又可助力粤港澳大湾区加工贸易转型升级,从而促进区域发展。本文在研究加工贸易转型升级职业能力的基础上,运用重要性绩效分析(IPA)的方法,对比粤港澳大湾区加工贸易企业和高职院校对高职人才的能力需求。The key to the transformation and upgrading of processing trade in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area lies in talents.The processing trade industry,with its characteristics of real economy,technical operation and manpower intensive,has long been the priority choice of students in higher vocational colleges.It is of great significance for the transformation and upgrading of processing trade in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area that higher vocational talents have the professional ability to adapt to the development needs of the industry and enterprises.But from the perspective of enterprise production and management and school culture perspective,cognitive demand for higher vocational students’ professional ability has certain deviation.The study of these deviations will not only help vocational colleges to carry out targeted talent training,but also help the processing trade transformation and upgrading of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,thus promoting regional development.On the basis of studying the vocational ability of processing trade transformation and upgrading,this paper uses the method of materiality performance analysis(IPA) to compare the capacity demand of processing trade enterprises and higher vocational colleges in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area for higher vocational talents.
