武广高速铁路轨道刚度的分布特征和评价方法研究

摘  要:结合国内外轨道刚度评价方法和加载车检测数据的统计分析结果,提出利用轨道刚度幅值和标准差来评价轨道刚度,其中轨道刚度的合理幅值根据部件刚度计算得到,轨道刚度标准差合理值通过统计分析得到。据此得出武汉—广州高速铁路轨道整体刚度合理值为60~140 kN/mm,轨道刚度标准差合理值不大于10 kN/mm。利用加载车双弦弦测法,分别加载50、200 kN,对武广高速铁路衡山西站—耒阳西站区段进行轨道整体刚度检测。结果表明:测试区段上下行线路的轨道刚度平均值分别为72.7、68.5 kN/mm,均在合理范围内;上下行线路中分别有94%、92%以上区段满足轨道刚度标准差合理值要求;路基、隧道区段轨道整体刚度略大于桥梁区段,隧道、桥梁区段轨道刚度均匀性优于路基区段。Combined with the evaluation methods at home and abroad and the statistical analysis results of the detection data of the loading vehicle,it is proposed to evaluate the track stiffness by using the track stiffness amplitude and the track stiffness standard deviation.The reasonable amplitude of the track stiffness was calculated according to the component stiffness,and the reasonable value of the track stiffness standard deviation was obtained through statistical analysis.According to this method,the reasonable value of the overall track stiffness of Wuhan-Guangzhou high speed railway is 60~140 kN/mm,and the reasonable value of the standard deviation of the track stiffness is no more than 10 kN/mm.The overall track stiffness of Hengshan west station-Leiyang west station section of Wuhan-Guangzhou high speed railway was tested by using the double chord measuring method of loading vehicle with loading 50 and 200 kN respectively.The results show that the average track stiffness of the uplink and downlink lines in the test section are 72.7 and 68.5 kN/mm respectively,which are within a reasonable range.More than 94%and 92%sections of the uplink and downlink lines meet the requirements of reasonable standard deviation of track stiffness.The overall stiffness of the track in the subgrade and tunnel section is slightly greater than that in the bridge section,and the uniformity of the track stiffness in the tunnel and bridge section is better than that in the subgrade section.
