摘 要:由摩擦板及端刺结构组成的台后锚固体系的稳定性对保证纵连板式轨道结构整体稳定性意义重大。某纵连板式高速铁路线路的台后锚固结构随季节温度变化出现超量伸缩变形,并诱发轨道结构上拱。为探明台后锚固结构出现异常变形的原因,本文采用冲击回波法对台后锚固结构与基床土体间的脱空情况进行检测,发现其局部脱空情况明显。为恢复台后锚固体系锚固力,研究提出静压注浆填充锚固结构与路基土体间脱空并对松散基床土体进行挤密和渗透加固的病害整治技术方案,并配套研发出了粒径小、流变性好、凝结硬化快、结石强度高的活性粒子浆体,可实现在低压作业条件下密实填充脱空区域,进而有效恢复台后锚固结构的稳定性能。The stability of the anchor system behind the abutment composed of friction plates and end-spine structure has great significance to ensure the overall stability of the longitudinally connected slab ballastless track.The anchor system behind the abutment of a longitudinally connected slab high speed railway exhibits excessive expansion and contraction due to seasonal temperature changes which induces the arching risk of track structure.In order to find out the causes for the abnormal deformation of the anchor system behind the abutment,this paper uses the shock echo method to detect the void between the anchor system behind the abutment and the soil of the subgrade bed and finds that the void is obvious.In order to restore the anchoring force of anchor system behind the abutment,this paper use the static pressure grouting reinforcement technology for the treatment of voids between the anchor system behind the abutment and the subgrade soil,and to compact and infiltrate the loose soil of the subgrade bed.The newly developed active slurry has the characteristics of small particle size,good rheological properties,fast setting and hardening,and high stone strength,which can compactly fill the void area under low-pressure operating conditions and effectively restore the platform,thereby effectively restoring the stability of the anchor system behind the abutment and improving the service performance of the longitudinally connected slab ballastless track.
