摘  要:新时代呼吁环境高级专门人才的培养,环境专业人才培养体系需要创新和变革。环境规划与管理是环境类专业的核心课程,是环境专业人才培养中知识和能力的集中体现。文章根据多年教学实践总结,提出该课程具有高度的综合性、交叉性和引领性,具有为环境保护活动提供系统方案和顶层设计的性质和作用;丰富的课程教学内容可以归纳为基本理论与技术支撑、组织体系和政策依据、环境规划编制、环境管理的对象和方法等四大板块为主要内容的框架体系,最后从关联基础知识回顾、注重实践和案例教学及教学新方法探索等方面提出提高教学效能的建议。The new era calls for the cultivation of senior environmental professionals,and the cultivation system of environmental professionals needs innovation and reform.Environmental Planning and Management is the core course of environmental majors and the concentrated embodiment of knowledge and ability in the training of environmental professionals.Based on years of teaching practice,this paper proposes that this course is highly comprehensive,cross-cutting and leading,and has the nature and function of providing systematic scheme and top-level design for environmental protection activities.Rich teaching contents can be summarized as the basic theory and technical support,organization system and policy basis,environmental planning,the objects and methods of environmental management and so on.These four big platesare regarded as the main content of the framework.Finally,some suggestions to improve teaching efficiency are put forward from the aspects of related basic knowledge review,focusing on practice and case teaching,and exploring new teaching methods.
