师范生校内试讲与校外教学实践的差异性研究--以化学学科为例

摘　　要：校内试讲与校外教学实践是师范院校师范生必不可少的两项教学活动,二者之间存在较大差异。文章从听课对象、教学过程设计等方面进行对比分析,提出提高校内试讲与校外教学实践契合度的策略,旨在缩小师范院校校内试讲与校外教学实践的差距,能让二者更好接轨。On-campus trial lecture and off-campus teaching practice are two essential teaching activities for normal university students,and there are significantly differences between them.This paper makes a comparative analysis from the aspects of the objects of lectures and the design of teaching process,and puts forward the strategies to improve the fit between the trial lecture in the university and the teaching practice outside the university,aiming at narrowing the gap between the trial lecture in the university and the teaching practice outside the university,so that the two can be better connected.
