摘 要:场理论视角下,职业院校开展产教融合的人才培养是一个教育场域实践,产教融合育人场域的多元主体受多重因素影响,呈现出错综复杂的场域环境。基于产教融合育人场域的主体要素禀赋,推进人力资源、资本资金、土地空间、技术标准、管理制度等要素的场域融合,遵循主体、市场、教学三重逻辑构建高质量的产教融合育人场域,在高职院校的实践应用中着力打造产教融合育人的能量场、磁力场、协同场,产教融合育人才能行稳致远。From the perspective of Field theory, the talent training of industry education integration in vocational colleges is an educational field practice. The multiple subjects of industry education integration educational field are affected by multiple factors, presenting a complex field environment.
