摘　　要：糖工程与糖药物是在“双一流”建设背景下,面向研究生开设的一门多学科前沿交叉课程。经过不断探索和实践,教学团队构建了具有海洋和民族特色的课程知识体系,并灵活运用多种教学新方法,积极推行合作探究式学习模式,加强科教融合和建立多元化考核体系。在强化立德树人教育、课程国际化建设和加强师资团队建设的基础的同时,教学团队构建了“以学生为中心,将教师主导教学和学生主导学习相结合”的“双主导”教学模式。Glycoengineering and Glycopharmaceuticals is a frontier interdisciplinary course for graduate students under the background of“double first-class”construction.After continuous exploration and practice,teaching team have constructed a curriculum knowledge system with marine and national characteristics,and flexibly applied various new teaching methods,actively implemented cooperative and inquiry learning mode,strengthened the integration of science and education and established a diversified assessment system.Meanwhile,on the basis of moral education,curriculum internationalization construction and strengthening of teaching team construction have built a“dual-led”teaching model of“student-centered,combining teacher-led teaching and student-led learning”.
