摘 要:为了职业教育人才培养的最优化,教育部出台了产教融合政策,要求职业院校深度贯彻校企合作理念,在社会主义现代化建设新时期培育出符合社会发展的高质量储备人才。浙江汽车职业技术学院作为校企合作的先进院校,一直秉持“走进校园是为了更好地走向社会”的办学宗旨,依托于吉利控股集团,时刻紧贴教育部对职业院校的发展要求,致力于建设新时代校企深度合作办学机制。本文就将以浙江汽车职业技术学院中的新能源汽车技术专业为例,在产教融合背景下研究校企深度合作办学机制的建立与发展,提升新能源汽车技术专业的人才培养质量,为职业学校校企深度合作提供教学范式,助力职业教育的发展。In order to optimize the talent cultivation of vocational education,the Ministry of Education has issued the policy of industry education integration,which requires vocational colleges to deeply implement the concept of school enterprise cooperation,and cultivate high-quality reserve talents in line with social development in the new period of socialist modernization.Zhejiang automotive vocational and technical college,as an advanced college of school enterprise cooperation,has always adhered to the school running purpose of“entering the campus is to better go to the society”.Relying on Geely Holding Group,it always adheres to the development requirements of the Ministry of Education for vocational colleges,and is committed to building a school enterprise deep cooperation school running mechanism in the new era.This essay will take the new energy vehicle technology major in Zhejiang Automobile Vocational and Technical College as an example,study the establishment and development of school enterprise deep cooperation mechanism under the background of the integration of production and education,improve the quality of talent training of new energy vehicle technology major,provide teaching paradigm for vocational school enterprise deep cooperation,and help the development of vocational education.
