摘 要:木窗榫槽机作为一种加工木料上矩形榫槽或腰圆形榫槽的木工机床,在柄铣刀加工木窗榫槽过程中,铣削速度过快可能导致铣刀崩刃、折断,铣削速度过慢则可能导致木材工件焦化。因此,针对这些问题,开展对柄铣刀运动特性的分析研究。根据柄铣刀的几何参数、物理参数和工件物理参数建立仿真模型,设置不同的铣削参数,利用Adams软件分析对比铣削系统模型坐标系中各个方向的切削分力,确定主要冲击载荷,明确铣刀转速和每齿进给量对柄铣刀铣削切入木材工件过程的影响;运用ANSYS Workbench软件,对柄铣刀进行瞬态动力学分析,获得柄铣刀在瞬态载荷作用下应力随进给速度和铣刀转速变化图,进而为柄铣刀确定最佳铣削参数设计与优化提供理论指导。Wooden window mortising equipment is a woodworking machine for processing rectangular tenon or waist circular tenon on wood,and in the process of machining wooden window tenon and groove with shank milling cutter,a too fast milling speed may lead to edge collapse and fracture of milling cutter,and a too slow milling speed may lead to coking of wood workpieces.In view of these problems,the motion characteristics of shank milling cutters were analyzed and researched.A simulation system model was established based on the geometric parameters,physical parameters and workpiece physical parameters of the shank milling cutters,different milling parameters were set,ADAMS software was used to analyze and compare the cutting force components in all directions in the coordinate system of the milling system model,the main impact load was determined and the influence of milling cutter speed and feed rate per tooth on the process of cutting wood workpiece with shank milling cutter was clarified;the transient dynamic analysis of shank milling cutter was carried out using ANSYS Workbench software,the variation diagram of stress with feed rate and speed of shank milling cutter under transient load was obtained,thereby providing theoretical guidance for determining the optimal milling parameters design and optimization of shank milling cutters.
