纳米蒙脱土对芥末精油微胶囊包埋效果及释放动力学的影响

摘　　要：在天然材料中添加纳米蒙脱土,形成复合壁材用于包埋精油,采用喷雾干燥法制备芥末精油微胶囊。探讨纳米蒙脱土的添加对微胶囊包埋率和装载量的影响,研究不同温湿度条件下,复合壁材对微胶囊中精油释放行为的影响,并利用Avrami’s公式分析精油微胶囊的释放动力学。结果表明,随着纳米蒙脱土含量的增加,微胶囊粉末包埋率和装载量逐渐升高,并且都高于不含纳米蒙脱土的微胶囊。随着湿度和温度的增加,精油微胶囊释放速率常数逐渐增大,在相同环境条件下,添加纳米蒙脱土的微胶囊释放速率常数明显小于未添加的微胶囊,纳米蒙脱土使微胶囊中精油释放的活化能增大。The mustard essential oil microcapsules were prepared by spray drying method by adding nano-montmorillonite to natural materials to form a composite wall material for embedding essential oil.The effects of adding nano-montmorillonite on the embedding rate and loading capacity of microcapsules were investigated.Meanwhile,the effects of composite wall material on the release behavior of essential oil from microcapsules under different temperature and humidity conditions were studied.Then the release kinetics of essential oil microcapsules was analyzed by Avrami’s formula.The results showed that the embedding rate and loading capacity of microcapsule powder gradually increased with the increase of nano-montmorillonite content,and both were higher than those of microcapsules without nano-ontmorillonite.With the increase of humidity and temperature,the release rate constant of essential oil microcapsules increased gradually.Under the same conditions,the release rate constant of microcapsules added with nano-montmorillonite was significantly smaller than that of microcapsules without nano-montmorillonite.Nano-montmorillonite increases the activation energy of essential oil release from microcapsules.
