摘　　要：明确学术组织的使命、理念及愿景,才能更好地进行科学研究、学术交流等任务,才能进一步提升学术影响力。中医基础理论分会于第13次学术年会通过会议形式征询,首次提出本分会的使命、理念及愿景,为中医基础理论分会实现科学交流、塑造科学规范和方法、培育科学新人等功能提供保障。Only by clarifying the mission,philosophy and vision of academic organizations can we better carry outscientific research,academic exchanges and other tasks,and further enhance academic influence.The Basic Theory ofTraditional Chinese Medicine has reached basic consensus through consultation in the 13 academic annual conferences,and has put forward the mission,philosophy and vision of the branch for the first time,which provides guarantee for thefunctions of the basic theory of TCM branch to achieve scientific exchanges,shape scientific norms and methods,andcultivate scientific newcomers.
