“一带一路”背景下应用型本科生培养质量及影响因素

摘　　要：在“一带一路”建设的大背景下,当前本科教育的重要任务之一是提高本科生培养质量,培育出更多能够服务于“一带一路”建设的高素质人才.面向“一带一路”建设,以提高本科生培养质量为关注点,利用层次分析法构建本科生培养质量评价体系,利用熵权法实施高校本科生培养质量评价.利用结构方程模型对影响本科生培养质量的因素进行分析,发现个人特质、机会接触、学校影响以及家庭影响对本科生培养能够产生积极正向的影响,家庭影响会通过影响个人特质进而影响本科生培养质量.因此,高校需要关注学生个人特质的培育,尽早提供信息与就业帮助,加大校园文化建设力度,联合学生家庭共同参与本科生培养,以提高本科生培养质量.Under the background of the Belt and Road construction,one of the important tasks of undergraduate education is to improve the quality of undergraduate education and cultivate more high-quality talents who can serve the Belt and Road construction.Facing the construction of the Belt and Road and focusing on improving the quality of undergraduate cultivation,the evaluation system of undergraduate cultivation quality is constructed by analytic hierarchy process and implemented by entropy weight method.After analyzing the influencing factors of undergraduate cultivation quality by structural equation model,it is found that personal characteristics,opportunity contact,school influence and family influence can have a positive impact on undergraduate training,and family influence will affect the quality of undergraduate training through affecting personal characteristics.Therefore,colleges and universities need to pay attention to the cultivation of students′personal characteristics,provide information and employment assistance as soon as possible,strengthen the construction of campus culture,and unite students′families to participate in undergraduate training,so as to improve the quality of undergraduate training.
