摘 要:探讨当今高等职业教育评价改革的关键问题及改革思路。基于文献分析与实践应用相结合,从职业教育职业性等类型特征探寻职业教育评价基本理念,得出如下结论:建立基于职业教育类型特征的评价观是职业教育评价改革的关键问题。因此,高职教育改革与建设思路包括:制定新时代人才培养策略及评价制度,坚持以产教融合和校企合作为评价导向,构建多维度的教学评价体系,促进人才评价体制改革,确立“双师”分类分层特色评价体系,提升社会培训的能力,以获得更好的社会评价,完善职业能力评价制度等。This paper is intended to discuss the key issues and reform of assessment reform in current higher vocational education.Based on the combination of literature analysis and practical application,the basic concept of vocational education assessment is explored given its vocational characteristics among others.It is concluded that the outlook in light of the type characteristics of vocational education is a key issue in this regard.The research results include:the visions of reform and construction include formulating talent training strategies and evaluation systems for the new era,insisting on the direction of integrating production and education,and school-enterprise cooperation,building a multi-dimensional teaching evaluation system,promoting the reform of talent evaluation system,and establishing classified and stratified assessment of“double professionally qualified teachers”,promoting social training and social evaluation,improving the assessment system of professional capabilities,and etc.
