摘　　要：物流企业的运作效率是通过高层管理者的有效领导与基层员工的勤奋劳动共同创造的。物流企业的管理风格、管理情境以及主管对下属的支持程度能够影响员工的工作态度和行为,进而影响员工对组织实施的有效人力资源管理的感知程度。因此,物流企业要提升管理者的管理力,增强员工对物流企业文化的认同,加强物流企业管控力度。The operation efficiency of logistics enterprises is created by the effective leadership of senior managers and the hard work of grass-roots staff.The management style,management situation and the support of supervisors to subordinates in logistics enterprises can affect employees work attitude and behavior,and then affect employees perception of effective human resource management implemented by the organization.Logistics enterprises should improve the management power of managers,enhance employees recognition of logistics enterprise culture,and strengthen the management and control of logistics enterprises.
