摘 要:振兴乡村教育和推进农村教育现代化必须加强农村教师队伍建设、提高乡村教师的职业吸引力和教育教学质量。乡村教师喜愿当教师和奉献乡村教育、优秀师范毕业生和城市教师愿意到乡村学校任教、优秀学子踊跃报考师范专业是乡村教师职业具有吸引力的关键指标。增强乡村教师的职业吸引力应采取特殊措施解决乡村教师职称晋级、进修提高和安居乐业等问题,但提高乡村教师工资收入等待遇和社会地位是增强乡村教师职业吸引力的关键。Revitalizing rural education and promoting rural education modernization must strengthen the construction of rural teacher staff,and improve the career attractiveness of rural teachers and the quality of education and teaching.The four main or key indicators of the attractiveness of the rural teaching profession are as follows.Whether teachers who are already engaged in the teaching profession like and are willing to become teachers and dedicate themselves to rural education;whether outstanding teacher training graduates from higher education and urban teachers are willing to teach in rural schools;and whether excellet young students enthusiastically apply for teacher training majors to pursue a teaching career in the future.Special measures should be taken to enhance the career attractiveness of rural teachers,including addressing issues such as the allocation and management of rural teachers’staffing,title promotion,professional advancement and job security,but the key to enhance the career attractiveness of rural teachers is to substantially improve their salaries and social status.
