摘　　要：教育研究是指研究者在科学理论的指导下,运用科学方法对教育问题进行研究,以构建教育理论和改进教育实践,促进教育改革与发展的一种创造性认识活动,具有真实性、科学性、创造性和实践性等基本特点。开展教育研究,是构建教育理论和改进教育实践,促进教育教学改革与发展、教师专业成长和学校人才培养质量提高的需要。应根据所研究的教育问题和所达到的研究目的,把基础研究与应用研究、定性研究与定量研究、文献性研究与实证性研究、书斋研究与现场研究等研究类型结合起来,转换视角,并深植于教育实践土壤开展研究。教育行政管理部门、学校、专家评委等在评价教育研究时,应以研究目的为根本评价标准,引导学校、教师的研究回归本真。Educational research is a kind of creative cognitive activities that researchers use scientific methods to study educational issues under the guidance of scientific theories to construct educational theories,improve educational practice and promote educational reform and development.It has the basic characteristics of authenticity,scientificity,creativity and practicality.Carrying out educational research is the need of constructing educational theories and improving educational practice,promoting educational reform and development,facilitating teachers'professional growth and improving the quality of school personnel training.According to the educational issues studied and the research goals achieved,it is necessary to combine basic research and applied research,qualitative research and quantitative research,literature research and empirical research,book-house research and field research,change the perspective,and carry out research deeply rooted in the soil of educational practice.When evaluating educational research,educational administrative departments,schools and expert judges should take the research goal as the fundamental evaluation standard to guide the research of schools and teachers to return to the authenticity.
