摘  要:近年来,我国教育事业不断发展,因此也对学前教育提出更高的标准和要求。学前教育是我国教育体系中的重要组成部分,是终身学习的开始。为了促进学前教育事业的持续发展,进一步实现“幼有所育”,需要保障幼儿师资团队的质量,尤其是农村师资团队培养体系的建设和发展备受教育界关注。我国农村人口基数较大,同时在学前教育领域的发展相较于城市来说“欠账”较多,尤其是农村幼儿教师数量严重不足,整体的师资团队质量也有很大的提升空间。基于此,对农村幼儿园师资培养体系的构建进行相应的探讨和研究,提出具体的构建策略,以供同行参考。In recent years,higher standards and requirements have been put forward for preschool education with the continuous development of education in China.Preschool education is the key content of preschool education in China,and is the beginning of lifelong learning.In order to promote the sustainable development of preschool education and further realize“early education”,it is necessary to ensure the quality of preschool teachers'team,especially the construction and development of the training system of rural teachers'team.Rural population base is large in China.There are more“arrears”for rural areas,which is compared with the development of cities in the field of preschool education at the same time,especially the serious shortage of rural preschool teachers,and the overall quality of teachers'team also has great room for improvement.Based on this,this paper makes a corresponding discussion and research on the construction of teacher training system in rural kindergartens,and puts forward specific construction strategies for peer reference.
