数智技术赋能微教育:破解农民工继续教育困境的新范式

摘　　要：农民工是我国经济建设和社会发展的主力军。数智技术赋能农民工,向其开展继续教育并使其更好地适应社会科技变革已成为学界研究重点。针对当前农民工继续教育所面临的困境,提出数智技术赋能的微教育范式,在化解农民工继续教育供需失衡矛盾、满足农民工继续教育多元发展需求和实现农民工教育资源优化配置三个方面探寻微教育的价值路径。根据农民工继续教育的时代诉求,基于数智技术建构“翻转微教育”“混合微培训”和“泛在微教育”三种模式,推动农民工继续教育公平稳定地发展。Migrant workers are the main force of Chinese economic construction and social development. Digital intelligence technology can make migrant workers more powerful, and at the same time, continuing education will help migrant workers adapt to social technological changes better, which has become the focus of academic research. In response to the current dilemma faced by migrant workers in continuing education, a micro-education paradigm empowered by digital intelligence technology is proposed to resolve the imbalance between the supply and demand of migrant workers’ continuing education, meet the diversified development needs of migrant workers’ continuing education, and achieve the optimal allocation of educational resources for migrant workers. According to the demands of the times of continuing education for migrant workers, three models of “flipped micro-education”, “hybrid micro-training” and “ubiquitous micro-education” are constructed based on digital intelligence technology, in order to promote the fair and stable development of continuing education for migrant workers.
