摘 要:我国名师工作室在层次、学段和教育类别上不断拓展与丰富,名师工作室研究已自成学术体系与话语范式。但是,名师工作室研究由中心向边缘扩展过程中,在有关名师工作室研修的逻辑起点问题、名师工作室与师徒制的关系问题、名师工作室的评价问题、名师工作室的主流研修模式问题、名师工作室的去行政化问题等方面,存在诸多歧见。要消解这些意见歧点,就必须在名师工作室研究上拓展研究主体、丰富研究视角,更新研究方法、慎用理论演绎,鼓励学术争鸣、重视事实证据。Master teacher studios in China are constantly expanding and enriching in terms of levels,sections and educational categories,and the research on master teacher studios has formed its own academic system and discourse paradigm.However,there are many divergences in the process of the expansion from the center to the periphery,such as the problem of the logical starting point of master teacher studio training,the relationship between the master teacher studio and the apprenticeship system,the evaluation of the master teacher studio,the mainstream training model of the master teacher studio,and the de-administration of the master teacher studio.To solve these divergences,it is necessary to expand the research subjects and enrich the research perspectives,update the research methods and use theoretical deduction carefully,encourage academic debates and attach importance to factual evidence in the research of master teacher studios.
