摘　　要：文章分析了地方本科院校向应用型高校转型发展过程中的办学定位和人才培养方向,讨论了在当前的信息技术环境下图书馆为配合应用型高校培养实用性人才面临的困难和挑战,提出了应用型高校开展信息资源建设和服务工作的建议和策略。This paper analyzes the school running orientation and talent training direction in the process of transformation and development from local undergraduate universities to application-oriented universities, discusses the difficulties and challenges faced by libraries in order to cooperate with application-oriented universities in cultivating practical talents under the current information technology environment, and puts forward some suggestions and strategies for application-oriented universities to carry out information resource construction and service work.
