摘　　要：针对弧齿锥齿轮设计过程繁琐、为满足设计精度需要反复调整问题,研究基于球面渐开线弧齿锥齿轮三维模型的参数化建模方法。介绍球面渐开线的形成原理及弧齿锥齿轮齿廓、齿形数学模型的构建过程,利用UG自带的二次开发工具UG/Open GRIP编程,建立球面渐开线齿形、齿廓曲线、齿面和单齿实体生成及弧齿锥齿轮全齿三维模型创建的参数化设计模块,通过输入齿数、模数等设计参数完成弧齿锥齿轮三维模型的创建,在保证建模精度的同时大幅提升建模效率。A 3-D parametric modeling method for spherical involute spiral bevel gears is researched to overcome the difficulties on the design complication and the repeat adjustment for achieving the design precision.The paper explains the formation principle of spherical involute and the construction of mathematical model for the tooth profile and tooth shape of spiral bevel gears.The secondary development tool UG/Open GRIP of UG is used to establish the parametric design module for generation of spherical involute toh shape,sooth profile curve,tooth surface and single tooth entity and the creation of 3-D model for full-teeth spiral bevel gears.With this design module,the 3-D model for a full-teeth spiral bevel gear can be created only by inputting design parameters,such as tooth number and tooth module,which increases the efficiency of modeling significantly while the accuracy is ensured.
