摘　　要：新修订的《海上交通安全法》第八十五条第二款明确规定,事故责任认定书作为处理海上交通事故的证据。围绕该修订对海事调查的影响,对水上交通事故责任认定的属性、应用以及救济方式进行了相应探讨。According to Article 85,paragraph 2,of the newly amended Maritime Traffic Safety Law,the written accident liability confirmation is used as evidence for handling the maritime traffic accident.Based on the impact of the revision on maritime investigation,this paper discusses the attributes,application and relief methods of the liability confirmation of maritime traffic accidents。
