摘  要:为获得脱铬皮屑的高效降解菌株,同时又是农业益生菌的菌株,以脱铬皮屑为微生物生长主要营养源,经过初筛和复筛,从6株菌株中筛选出了一株优质的胶原蛋白降解菌,命名为P-4菌。用该菌株对脱铬皮屑进行发酵降解,得到了富含游离氨基酸、多肽的发酵液。发酵实验结果表明,与LB培养基相比,基础培养基作为P-4菌降解脱铬皮屑的发酵培养基效果更优。P-4菌株经过16S rDNA法鉴定,初步确定为地衣芽孢杆菌,属于农业中常用的益生菌。In order to obtain an original strain,which can not only efficiently degrade the dechromed wet blue shavings but also be used as agricultural probiotics,the initial screening and re-screening experiments were carried out by using the dechromed wet blue shavings as the main nutrient source for microbial growth.A high-efficiency collagen-degrading strain named P-4 was selected from 6 strains.This bacterial strain was then used to degrade the dechromed wet blue shavings by fermentation,and the fermentation broth which was rich in free amino acids and short peptides was obtained.Results of the fermentation experiments showed that,compared with LB medium,basic medium was the optimal fermentation medium for the fermentation of the dechromed wet blue shavings with strain P-4.Through the 16S rDNA identification,strain P-4 was preliminarily identified as Bacillus licheniformis,which belongs to probiotics commonly used in agriculture.
