摘 要:控制地层损失是盾构隧道施工中进行地层沉降控制的主要手段,但是,如何确定地层损失率指标以及如何控制地层损失率,尚无规范可循。本文首先对地层损失的常用估算方法进行了分析,综合相关文献给出了建议的地层损失率取值范围。然后,针对某实际工程案例,介绍了该工程地层损失率指标的确定方法、盾构掘进单位长度出渣量确定方法、地层沉降监测情况以及地层损失的控制效果。该案例表明,采用出渣量的控制来实现地层损失的控制并以此优化施工参数,是较为有效的控制地层沉降的方式。该案例对于类似工程具有良好的借鉴作用。Ground loss controlling is the main way to control the stratum settlement in shield tunnel construction,but up to now how to estimate and control the ground loss is not yet standardized to follow.In this paper,the usually employed methods to estimate the ground loss are analyzed and commented,and the recommended variation ranges of ground loss rate for different conditions are given based on relevant literature.Then,in view of a practical engineering case,the method of determining the ground loss rate control value,the method of determining the excavated slag discharge per unit length of shield tunneling,the monitoring data of stratum settlement and the control effect of ground loss are introduced.This case shows that it is an effective way to control the stratum settlement through controlling the excavated slag discharge and hence the ground loss rate and optimizing the shield construction parameters.This case should be a good reference for similar projects.
