摘  要:本文运用文献研究和逻辑分析法,对学校体育公平的必要性进行了阐述,并以学校体育公平为研究对象,从学生、教师和体育学科三个层次分析了当前我国学校体育公平的困境:学生权益在体育教学实践中的非均衡化、体育教师待遇的不平等化以及体育学科地位的相对弱化。基于此,提出了学校体育公平的实现路径:秉承自由平等教学理念,促进学生共同发展;合理分配课堂学习资源,提高学生学习效果;合理配置学校体育资源,保障学生受教权利;增加体育教师培训机会,强化师资队伍;重视体育学科有效实施,增加学生锻炼机会。By using the method of literature research and logical analysis,this paper expounds the necessity of school sports equity,and takes the school sports equity as the research object,analyzes the dilemma of current school sports equity from three levels of students,teachers and sports disciplines:the disequilibrium of students’ rights and interests in sports teaching practice,the unequal treatment of sports teachers and sports disciplines The relative weakening of status.Based on this,this paper puts forward the realization path of school physical education equity:adhering to the concept of free and equal teaching,promoting the common development of students;reasonably allocating classroom learning resources,improving the learning effect of students;reasonably allocating school physical education resources,ensuring the right of students to be taught;increasing physical education teachers’ training opportunities,strengthening the teaching staff;attaching importance to the effective implementation of physical education discipline,increasing students’ exercise opportunities.
